Rental Process & FAQ
Minimum Rental Order
If you do not book a planning package then our standard rental minimum is $500 for delivery within our local area. For smaller décor needs, will-call pick-ups can be arranged.
Reservation & Deposits
To secure your date and inventory, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at booking to reserve your inventory. The final balance and damage deposit are due 30 days prior to your event date.
Rental Timeline
Standard rental periods are 48 hours. We handle coordination with your venue for early morning delivery and late-night strike to ensure everything is perfect before your guests arrive.
Is setup and delivery included?
Delivery is free if a planning package is booked. Non packages will inquire a delivery fee based on location.
Damages & Equipment Care
We require a damage deposit to cover cleaning or minor repairs. In the event of lost or damaged pieces, the replacement cost as listed in your contract will be deducted from your deposit.
