Common Questions
How far in advance should we reserve our date?
We typically recommend booking 9–12 months in advance to ensure availability, especially for popular weekends during peak wedding season. However, if your date is appraching fast and we have it available do not worry we have handled day of coordination before up to two weeks out.
What is the payment structure for your packages?
To secure your date, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the event.
Can we customize a package to fit our specific needs?
Absolutely. While our base packages are designed to cover typical needs, we understand every celebration is unique. We offer a variety of add-ons, from decor rentals to additional coordination hours, to ensure your plan is perfect.
Do you manage all vendor communications?
Yes, for our Full and Partial Planning clients, we take over vendor management. This includes reviewing contracts, coordinating logistics, and serving as the primary point of contact so you can focus on the joy of your engagement.
What is your policy for date or venue changes?
We understand that life happens. We offer flexibility for date changes within 12 months of your original date, subject to our availability. Our priority is working with you to navigate any transitions as seamlessly as possible.
